Uncle tried to put up blinds to save us some money but ended up messing it up. Screws aren't in properly. Blinds are sitting on an angle due to brackets not being installed straight and correctly. Huge gap on one side. I can't open them anymore due to the risk of the blinds falling out of the brackets. Really need someone to come and fix them. Not sure if it’s an easy fix or not - let me know and we can price accordingly. Thanks heaps!

I currently have motorized e-zip Xtrack blinds installed in my backyard verandah. refer to attached photo of the blinds and remote for your reference. The issue I am currently having is that the blind is come out from the track on side and other side it is getting stuck.
