I need vertical blinds installed in my sunroom. It's 3m wide and 5m lenghth

I have one of the clips of my window blinds broken. Is this fixable at home or do I need a professional to come and repair this?

Need all windows in my house sorted out with Venetian or roller blinds. Currently have cardboard up .. terrible. Measure n quotes I’ve tried to book are not avail for two weeks. I’d like something before then as in blinds put up by then. Wouldn’t have a clue what price to put up so my offer is for someone to come out that day to do the job.
