I need a haircut done on the cheap as l am pensioner living in housing and suffering from a medical condition where my dexterity isn't great. I'm trying to save up for some alternative therapy in regards to my condition and in my current situation and the cost of living it's proving very difficult. I have some issues in and around anxiety and depression also, so salon environments and going to a shopping center really isn't ideal for me at the moment.
