Cleaning out of box gutters on a 2 storey flat roof block of three town houses. Two long gutters (front and back) each 18mt long. Also clearing of single storey garage/carport gutters required, 1x 12mt long, 1x 6mt long. Property is at 406 Barkers Rd, Hawthorn East.

I need someone to clean the gutters on our two storey home. Satellite image of house included. 2 images of the small sheds attached to the house also included. I also need the person to remove pieces of wood which have been screwed into our roof which are rotting. The person would then need to appropriately fill the holes with a material I approve to stop leaks. The pieces of wood are no more than 1 m long each and were presumably placed there to help walking on the roof. I only want someone for the job who has experience cleaning gutters and doing roof repairs Job can be completed anytime and without having contact with us.

Job 1: Require gutters to be cleaned on a double storey house including 2 small sheds attached to the house. Job includes clearing all debris and ensuring down pipes are unblocked and running smoothly. Please note upper storey is small compared to rest of house. Job includes removal of all debris from the gutters and flushing them out. All debris to be removed offsite by tasker Job 2: There are also approx 10 planks of wood attached to various areas of the roof which need to be removed (please see photos). The nail holes where the wood is removed must then be properly filled with a silicon sealant so there is no leakage. This is critical. The wood must then be taken away by you and disposed of. Tasker must have experience mending roofs and cleaning gutters.
