I need calligraphy done for 5 x thank you cards, all fairly generic in terms of the same text. The cards are 5 x 7 inch single thank you cards printed on 325-350gsm linen paper in an uncoated finish. They will arrive by this Thursday 25th June during the day and I intend to post them Friday 26th June in the morning. So Ideally I need someone available to I can drop them off to, and once complete I will pick them up. I need a complete production-ready fabrication shop drawing package prepared for street furniture products. The drawing package must include: General arrangement drawing with plan, front elevation, side elevation and overall dimensions. 3D rendered/isometric reference view. Exploded assembly drawing with item balloons. Bill of materials / parts list with item number, part number, description and quantity. Individual fabrication drawings for every component. Sheet metal flat patterns where required. Bend details including bend direction, angle and radius. Hole sizes, slot sizes, cut-outs and fixing locations. Material callouts for every part, including grade and thickness. Finish specifications, including powder coating, primer, stainless steel finish, timber/wood finish or other surface treatments. Weld, hinge, lock, bracket and hardware details where applicable. Tolerances, drawing scale, revision number, sheet number and title block. Dimensions in millimetres. Drawings suitable for laser cutting, folding, welding, assembly and supplier manufacturing. I'm in need of help to produce a 3D model for 3D printing. I've played around with a couple of design tools and I'm not getting what I need, even though it's something fairly simple. I've successfully designed what I call the 'Flip Clip' which was designed moving up and down a PVC pipe to support another PVC pipe. The concept is that when it's rested the node fits into the hole and stops it sliding down. When you want to move it up or down a height you tilt the clip and move up to the next hole. It will have a node that fits into holes drilled into the PVC pipe but the node will be tapered so it finds the hole easier. It'll have a 'cup' to support the other PVC pipe. I've modelled it in Polymer Clay and it's ugly but at least conveys what I'm trying to achieve. I have a video of this in operation. I need all files in an .stl format and in a format of your choosing that will work in Blender (should I need to make future edits). I'll need a version that works with two sizes of PVC pipe.
