(1) Supply galvanised door hinges & replace those existing on two gates. (2) Make & fit 2 x post skirts 370 x 160mm & 270 x 160mm approx including prep for painting. (3) Replace internal damaged door casing. (4) Cut top off Kopper Log. All materials to be provided by contractor and carpentry skills required for all tasks.

The lock and handle on my front gate door is difficult for people to open due to it being loose and broken i would like someone to help me out with replacing it. I do not know what kind of lock it needs and was wondering could someone get a knew lock handle for me and come out and replace the old one.

Colourbond or perspex fixed to existing colourbond boundary fence. About 3m in length and 200mm wide (see photo). Pool latch has sagged on gate and needs to close automatically from closer range -currently not closing automatically from within about 100mm as it has shifted and is misaligned. Might need some angle grinding on railing and re-affix screws.

I need a small timber gate painted nicely. It will need to be painted with a primer then a few top coats It’s been lightly sanded. It needs some screw holes or gaps filled and it needs more sanding. I will provide paint, sandpaper, brushes, rollers
