I have a single sliding electric gate with a solar panel that has stopped responding. • The handheld remote appears to be working • Gate is not opening/closing; pedestrian access opened once but hasn’t worked since • Electrician friend has suggested it may just need a battery replacement Looking for someone experienced with electric/automatic gates to: • Diagnose the issue • Replace battery if needed • Get the gate working again Location: Helensvale. I have had a sliding made 6.4m, Need motor and slider fitted, need a post welded to an existing post which will hold slider. Motor to be installed is a Ditec ( plug and go) You must be able to connect the wiring already pre installed into the main box too. I have a circuit breaker already. Change to PVC fence and pvc sliding gate

Sliding gate not working. Tried two remote. Trouble shooting required. Also a third key-fob will need to be paired.

It’s a two person job to move the gate and lay it down. So I need another person. Once it’s laid down I can attach new wheels to the gate. Then we replace the gate on the runners. Probably less than 2 hours. You need to be reasonably strong as the gate is heavy and a bit awkward to move.

I am after: 1: Replacing ~40 m of timber fence with colorbond fence (one side of home). 2: Auminium Fence with sliding autimatic aluminium gate (~3.5 m) and pedestrian gate in a 10 m frontage.

Remove the sliding aluminium gate and fence including posts. Total width is 14m I will keep the gate and fence panels for future installation. Electrician will disconnect power from the sliding gate separately.
