Sliding gate motor needs replacing

Need to get a new BFT sliding gate motor installed at my property in Wooloowin in the next 1-2 weeks. There is an existing motor and rails in place with sliding track. The sliding track can stay in place but it will require new track to be moved to base level and installed on gate frame. Am happy for you to inspect in person. Thanks, Andrew

Sliding gate needs recalibrating. Tried myself but cannot get it to work. May need to adjust gate contour / wheels scrapping rail. See photos See videos. Seems to be scraping rail upon opening. The motor is perfectly fine. Just the gate / track needs adjusting

Install replacement gate motor. Bolt to pad at correct height to allow installed tracks to run smoothly. The motor is a Vevor brand

Fix the rail so gate slides correctly. Have missing piece and it will need to be reattached also

I have all the materials here just need someone to help me to smooth the concrete footings as it is a bit unsmooth to install the running strips. Needs to be more flate. Once flat enough then we can screw the strip on the floor and install 2 wheels on the steel gate and stopper on the steel posts. At the moment just to install as manual gate as my motor is not here yet.

The concrete footing is ready, all parts ready, just need to install the runner strip and put the gate up. If you have the experience of doing the sliding gate, please contact me, the concrete footing however needs to be flatten out /grind it Flate as some parts are a bit unsmooth. At the moment is to just manually put up as I don’t have motor yet. I can give extra hand to help if needed. You need to have power tools to drill holes and install 2 wheels and wheels runners to fix on concrete but due to concrete not flat on some parts so needs to grind it smoother. It’s steel gate also need to drill holes on the steel posts.

Evo D5 sliding gate got stuck when opening gate- now in a manual mode. Need someone to come and check and restart the motor.
