I need to have a second full size walk-through metal door/gate welded and installed for functional use for access to an existing storage cage in an underground residential carpark. Approximate dimensions of the circled area of frame (measured from inside the tubing 1210mm (W) x 1900mm (H)). Approximate dimensions of the wire mesh: 72mm (W) x 45mm (H). Approximate dimensions of the tubing: 25mm (square). Approximate dimensions of the current access gate/door: 800mm (W) x 1900mm (H). New gate/door needs welded hinges (as shown in photo) outward opening, a welded door latch to hold a padlock (as shown in photo). Door could be the whole span of the circled current frame (1200mm), or made into a smaller one (prefer cheaper option).

Roof is leaking inside the house. I’ve traced the leak to a gutter drain overflowing on the top floor of our duplex. I’m looking for a builder to find the source of the leak. Want to add a timber gate to the top of our deck stairs. Simple is fine - something that will blend in with the deck. We can oil it later. Hoping for someone who can source the materials/hardware, build it to fit, and install it. The gap between the stair posts is 101cm wide, and from floor to top of the post is 102.5cm tall.
