Hi, My pool gate is not closing. Its only 2 years old. It might need a whole new hinge or just a new spring part which is what I think. Pictures attached. 2 gates have this same problem. If a new part is needed then I will pay for it.

One of our pool fence gates doesn’t sit parallel to the adjoining fence. The bottom part of the gate is closer to the fence than the top. Because it’s like this, the latch (labelled Magnalatch) doesn’t shut properly and misses by maybe a cm. Happy to send pictures.

We have a glass fence that keeps banging loudly when it closes - thinking it’s about to smash ! We need for the brackets / pivots to be adjusted correctly for the weight of the gate .... simple job for an expert - but I wouldn’t like to do it myself ... hence the call out ...

Pool gate is not self-latching. It does spring back but when it gets to the latch, doesn’t lock-in. If I slightly lift the gate it then latches. Although restrictions are in place in Melbourne, this is an essential, urgent repair as it is mandatory to have self-closing gates. The problem began recently and may be due to weather impact. Please quote with urgency.

I need my pool gates fixed. One seems to have dropped and can touch the ground so doesn’t close by itself anymore. The other 2 just don’t seem to latch? Most photos from the one that has moved.

Existing metal gate now rubs on ground and does not close automatically Metal gate needs 8 holes drilled slightly lower than existing holes for hinges to be raised (so gate will clear ground). Plus closing latch needs to be removed and replaced lower on gate. I have managed to remove 3 of 4 screws but last one will need to be drilled out

We have a pool gate that needs to be installed on a concrete porch. Posts and gate already purchased and held.

Our house has shifted which has caused our pool gate lock to no longer align. We need someone to adjust the lock height which will allow gate to lock again.

Glass pool gate needs realigning to close properly. Refer to the attached photos. The bottom housing is rusty and is not fixed in place causing the gate to drop and move.
