Gate hinge screws are rusty, have come out of timber, as per photo. However, it appears this gate also needs to be shaved down as it’s too wide for the space and it’s not possible to use sliding bolt to secure it shut. I’m posting this for a friend who has just bought this house and started addressing some yard repairs. Have no idea of cost, just put $100 as a guess. Will get a better idea from a few quotes, hopefully!
