18 months ago we installed an automated gate on our picket fence & it doesn’t seem to be set up correctly. The company who installed it have been annoying to deal with so i’m offering the job here. The gate arm seems to be sagging under the weight of the gate & It doesn’t close to completion (toddler could squeeze through the gap & escape onto main road) I’m not sure Whats required to get it to where it needs to be; Are you interested in having a look & giving a quote?

2 x aluminium drive way gates need to be taken down and rehung new hinges - I have the experience tools and hardware really just need some one fit and able to help install these gates - predominately be helping steady the weight of the gate as holes are drilled etc… you need to be strong no experience is fine - just safety boots, hi viz shirt safety - no smoking at site this will be at one of my customers homes so no foul language either. Looking for a 8 am if it goes longer be $55 hour should be 4 hours work.

Need someone who can help offload a gate from Ute and assist installing the fence panels. It’s a heavy gate. So someone who can handle heavy weight would be great. Probably 3-5hours of work

I have 3 outdoor gates that all use sliding pad bolts to close/lock. The gates have moved over time and the bolts no longer lineup properly to close (at least without applying force). Two of the bolts are fixed to a steel frame, the other is directly in the timber door. The bolts all slide into concrete posts (see photos). Not sure if the bolts themselves just need to be moved slightly to line up with the hole again or if we need whole new pad bolts put on. I don’t have the correct tools to do myself. Will pay for any materials needed.
