Need basic yard maintenance work for my rental - two small patches of grass in the front, and a small garden area in the back that has overgrown grass and needs to be mowed. There are also a few hedges to be trimmed. See photos. If job done well at a fair price, would consider a monthly arrangement - but for now this is a one off job that needs to be done either TODAY or TOMORROW (FRI). Flexible timing. I need assistance with some yard prep before we have veggie beds arriving. There's a patch of grassed backyard that I've poisoned, it's now dead but I need someone to dig up the dead grass and put in our green bin. I started but I don't have the physical strength to do the area. There's also a small patch of grassed area I'd like mowed. We have garden forks, mower, etc, I just need the muscles! I need someone to clean up my backyard of fallen palm tree leaves. We have several in the backyard and many have dropped dead leaves. Will need these carried out-front and disposed of in the green bin provided. My wife owns a dog, so when you get here please call first so we can put him inside.

I have a medium size yard which needs a tidy up. It is 6 x 7 metres and there is a patio which is 4 x 7 metres. There is artificial turf which needs to be removed and an umbrella and 3 pots which need to be moved from the garden to the patio (about 4 metres away). A trolley can be provided if necessary. I estimate that it would take no more than 2 hours. Depending on the hourly rate, I could also pay another 8 hours for a comprehensive cleanup of the side and front yard.

Regular yard work help fortnightly

Rebuild a rock embankment. Prune the tops of some trees with long handled pole saw. Cut up a small shrub with a chain saw ( dead- no need to remove foliage) Clean 3 outside windows (I can supply ladder and cleaning stuff for this job) Repair wire fence and replace rocks. Hose small area of paving with high pressure hose.

I need some help with my yard as I can’t maintain it by myself anymore. There is the backyard, front yard and nature strip to be mowed. Then 4 garden beds to be weeded. I’m flexible with when this needs to be completed. Ideally before the end of the month, but currently there is no rush.
