Main issue is there’s lots of weeds and it doesn’t seem there’s much grass left or it’s just very patchy. What could be done to fix this? Remove weeds, redo the lawn? Also weeds growing in my garden beds. Other issue is my neighbours tree that has branches over the roof of my house. Would it possible to trim those branches?
