Install Sir Walter Buffalo in front yard & backyard for a new build. Will need to backfill & level the site too. Picture of siteplan is included, the greyed out areas will be concrete. To give rough measurements: - Front yard turf: 20sqm - Backyard turf: 99sqm. Potential to do steel edging & mulch too if the price is right.
