Need to level back yard and lay turf

Need to clean up the synthetic turf and surrounding area in my backyard. Leafs and flowers mostly and some possum drops. Ideally using vacuum or whatever method to remove all rubbish in the area. Put the rubbish in the green bin if fits and take away if the green bin is full. Depends on the quality of the job and the pricing, I’m considering make the job fortnightly or monthly.
