We have laid buffalo turf in part of the yard. Looking to get the rest of the lawn dug up and sir Walter buffalo turf laid (ideally from Anco turf as that is where the current new turf is from) Total area approx 40 square metres Current soil does not drain well

Install fake turf with agi pipes beneath and bordered with plant beds (3 sides only, 1 side is already paved). I already have the artificial grass (premium). Remove the current grass, prepare land, put top soil if needed and install turf on our small 35-40 sq M land. Also make vege patch on two sudes and put top soil. You can use our spare bricks as per photo for making vege patch or you can bring wood for vege patch. Also you have to bring top soil from your supplier. We prefer If you can get turf from your cheap supplier it is better.

Just want to do artificial grass as you can see in the photos all the areas front of house and sides of house and backyard the places are not big, and all the materials should provide I can’t provide anything from my home can be negotiated
