Total length of the bed is 7m New artificial turf needs to be installed in order to bring the garden bed in, so that edging can be installed, ensuring enough walking space. Please see photos. Edging should be around 200mm, very sturdy and match the surrounding timber. I don't know what this costs. So please go ahead and make offers. We are preparing our house to put on the market and have a photographer booked in mid-September. Our existing grass has been worn out by our large dogs. We need the existing grass and topsoil removed, the soil prepared, and new turf laid so that it looks established and an amazing lawn for kids to play on for our open-for-inspections from the end of September. Allow for all waste to be removed from the property. The area is flat and is about 3 metres wide, and 12 metres long. Access is via a concrete driveway and then through a gate about 900mm wide (no steps). We will be keeping the dogs off the new grass until the auction day!
