The job: - Prepare approximately 21sqm of ground for turf (under-turf prep and levelling) - Lay and roll turf once prepared - Cut around 2 existing sprinklers - Cut in 9–11 sandstone pavers (to be laid before/during turfing) What’s already done: The previous grass has been pulled up — it’s currently bare and muddy, so it just needs prep and levelling before turf goes down. Materials: We can arrange delivery of under-turf and turf if needed, but if you’re able to collect from a local landscaping yard, that would be a bonus and appreciated. Access: Down 5 stairs at the front of the house, then flat from there. When: Wednesday, weather permitting (sunshine required — fingers crossed!) Also: There are some existing garden beds that need red mulch applied to finish them off. Happy to discuss that separately with whoever takes on the job.
