Hi there, I am looking for an experienced landscaper or turf specialist to remove my old lawn, prepare the ground, level the area ensuring the correct fall, and install new turf. The old grass and weeds have already been sprayed and killed. Project Details: • Area Size: Approximately 50 square metres. • Access: Excellent. A car, utility, or trailer can back up completely to the beginning of the pathway leading straight to the lawn area. Scope of Work: 1. Excavation: Strip and remove the old dead lawn layer (approx. 1–2 cubic metres). If the soil is decent, it can be spread into my front yard garden beds. If it is poor quality/heavy weed roots, it must be completely removed from the site (please specify if your quote includes dumping fees, though I have tip vouchers available). 2. Preparation: Spread, level, and screed the underlay soil to ensure a perfect flat finish with the correct drainage fall away from the house. 3. Installation: Lay the turf, cut it precisely to shape around edges/pathways, roll it to ensure proper root-to-soil contact, and water it in thoroughly. 4. Clean-up: Leave the pathways and site completely clean after installation. Materials (Turf & Soil): • I am happy to independently order and pay for the delivery of the premium turf underlay soil (2–3 cubic metres) and the Sir Walter Buffalo turf (approx. 53sqm) to be on-site when you need them. What you need to provide: • All necessary professional tools (wheelbarrow, shovels, turf cutter/excavator, rakes, lawn roller). • Vehicle/trailer for removing the old lawn layer from the site.
