A small patch of our lawn keeps sinking, next to the stairs, because under the stairs is hollow. The task is to dig up the turf (half of which I’ve done) plug the void under the stairs, (I’ve got timber, and some bricks and drainage gravel, lay a bit of drainage pipe, and drainage gravel, level back up with top soil and replace the turf. I have drawn a bit of a plan. I reckon it will take about 5 hours, so job price per hour is around $50, as I want it done properly, so it does happen again. I have a small amount of turf coming to repair some holes/worn grass - it is a small amount - around 5m2, and I need help to dig up existing patch, put some adequate undersoil (I will source, but if you have some let me know), fertilise and lay new turf. I am waiting for turf to be delivered and then I am time limited so hence I need help to get it down. Turf needs to walked up about 10 outdoor steps - nothing too strenuous. I would like someone to dig and prep ground for laying turf. The site is 3.7 x 4m. I have dug quite a bit in my own but it’s too difficult. I would like the ground evened out - soil and sand prepped ready for Turf. You can also include a price to lay the turf if you want to do it all. There is also additional landscaping (hard scape) required for quoting if you would like the work. I need the grass done asap. For soil and sand you can let me know what you need. Supply and install 2 small sections of artificial turf in front garden. first section is 1.18m x 3.95m. second adjoining section of 1.42m x 240. see attached photos, first photo has 2 concreted pavers in middle (1.18x3.95 section) and second photo is front of metal post to the aircon slab (where the tricycle is sitting) the 1.42x3.95 bit.
