We have a rural property that requires regular gardening maintenance: - Cleaning gutters and rain heads on a ladder on a single-story house and shed. This takes me 1 hour. - Hedging (takes a while when it gets out of hand, but with regularly maintenance should be easy). - Cutting back wysteria (once in a while) - Trimming rose bush (once in a while) - Removing grass from garden beds (once in a while) - Pulling or spraying/whipper-snipping weeds on paving and in garden beds (season-dependent but straightforward). All waste can be dumped on site. I'd like to get someone out here to do the job once. If you do a great job there's regular work for you 1-2 times per month.
