Remove old fence. Remove rubbish and old bricks . Make ground clean and good . Dig out mulch back to ground dirt looked to be 15cm /20cm deep in mulch. 7m x 2.5 area . Remove vines from fence . Remove sleeper. Remove small amount under house branches and old lattes fence . Area had to be cleaned ready for landscaping
