Find an experienced mulching contractor in Canberra

I am looking for an experienced landscaper to complete work at the front and back of my house. The slope is slight. Scope of work: • Level the site • Build retaining walls: total length ~15 meters, expected height ~50 cm. Material can be whatever is most efficient but should look good. Open for suggestions really here. • Planting (trees and shrubs; quantity depends on budget) • Mulching • Simple pavement work (nothing fancy) • Remove/dispose of excess material, including dirt and topsoil if needed Requirements: • Must have experience in landscaping, retaining walls, and planting • Must be able to dispose of excess material • Complete the job by mid-January Budget: • $6,500 total (firm, largely what is available) • If you cannot work at this price, you may counter-offer, but please keep it reasonably close to the budget. Additional notes: • Access is available for vehicles to bring materials and remove soil • All work must be professional and tidy • Retaining wall material, plants, and mulch can be suggested by contractor if it fits the budget Once done site must be clean and all material removed including excess soil or top soil or other item resulting from this work. I need a clean site. Looking for someone who is willing to suggest things and make this happen.

I have an unfortunate incident where someone dumped a whole bunch of mulch instead of making a flower bed. I need someone to remove the mulch and redistribute it, weed the grass underneath, and turn the bed. I also need general weeding including a driveway and paved entrance, pruning, small tree removal.
