PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE RESPONDING Looking for a tidy up of gardens and hedges back down to under fence height (some 2 ft lower to below fence heights), cypress mulch to be supplied by airtasker can be purchsed outside of quote and then spread out in all gardens 4 x cubic mtrs), lawns mowed and general blowing of leaves etc (if required) in all common areas of a complex. 2 - 3 medium shrubs/ trees approx 2inch trunks out back to be either pruned back or taken away) Generally once all brought back to manageable heights with the hedges and lawns, it takes me by myself about 2.5 - 3 hours a fortnight, less in winter when there is mulch is on gardens. 4 m3 of Mulch must be Cypress mulch. We are hoping for a quote to bring all hedges down to under fence heights and cut back of shrubs / and tidy up of rear lawn. ALSO a separate quote for ongoing work hourly rate for 2.5 hours per fortnight. The $2,400 is the maximum we can outlay for the initial clean up. We have already made a start so not as many weeds etc. The ongoing fortnightly maintenance is 3 hours. $160 per visit and may be negotiable pending right persons. We have heaps of TIP Vouchers to help subsidise the costs. See all pictures I have up loaded. The block size is 800m2 but most of this is building and driveway leaving about 200m2 total of gardens and lawns combined. Most gardens are hedges or natives and once mulch is down it will become so easy to maintain. The Body Corporate will require valid ABN and own insurance.
