All the grass/ weeds/ plants need to be removed before the new hedges can be planted. All the weed next to the gate needs to be removed. Please give me a quote for labour and for picking up the hedges from the shop. I know Poyntons Nursery in Aberfeldie has those hedges. They are between 20 and 30 cm. Scrape back wood chip from each area into a storage pile nearby in garden. Small rotary hoe to break up along area defined above to depth of 250 mm. Use post hole digger with auger width of 200 mm to depth of 250 mm to dig 20 holes. Positions as marked. Make shallow basin around each hole - to depth of approx 250 mm to around base of each plant to just beyond drip line. Plant hedge plants - photinia 200mm diameter pots. Replace wood chip.
