I have vacated my rental and need the back path weeded, spiders moved off the path & the edges tidied up, palm fronds thrown over fence etc. Just to a decent standard as per agents request. If you have a whipper snipper it will be a quick job and you’re welcome to whipper any weeds. Whilst being careful to keep the established trees and plants. You will arrive to my cleaners already in the house cleaning. They are there from 1pm onwards so arrive as you wish to complete the job within 3hrs please. If they have to lock & leave before you please take the back lock key and let yourself out via back gate. I have left a key for the back gate padlock lock on the kitchen bench - the padlock needs to be completely removed and thrown in the bin with the key please. Gas bottle in tub also to be thrown out or you are free to keep. This is the last day of my lease so appreciate someone with experience in end of lease yard maintenance.
