Need leaves raked up and removed, hedge trimmed, internal property side only (so only one side) and the top, so ladder needed. Hedge Trimmings removed. Small hedge but possibly a big bag of green waste from clippings and leaves. Small apartment courtyard with lots of leaves etc after recent heavy rain. Need cleaned up & removed, area pressure hosed (no hose / tap outside but PowerPoint access inside if required for pressure hose. General garden tidy / remove excess leaves, pressure hose courtyard area & walls. Must have own equipment & street parking available.

Today I am chasing someone for 2 hours. Removing green waste / leaves/ branches small, so less than a Ute load , not even half a Ute load, but also sweep, use my gernie, to cleanup, just a person to stay busy for the 2 hours and rip in. Have people over this weekend and just wanna have a new set of eyes to do a clean up in the back yard and get it looking hot again. Need someone they can see things, not a plodder. I will be working from home, so want someone before 3pm so they are done by 5pm. Next to Doomben racecourse. All equipment is provided. A go getter. Maybe you are done at 90 mins, so can clean a bbq or sand down and paint something, whatever is needed, just a Do’er for 2 hours. Ongoing work is available after that. See this as a trial I guess.

Back yard tidy up wipes snip weeds and mow lawn and a tidy up of shrub remove any dead flowers etc and blow sweep up areas. Take away some rubbish (old paint tins etc) Must have own equipment and need this done ASAP

Rain has left garden messy. Need a tidy outside nature strip and inside small front garden. Also pick up palm fronds in back garden. No need to transport green waste, bins available.
