We are looking for an experienced gardener to tidy and improve the appearance of the entrance to our business. The area has become overgrown and requires pruning, shaping, and a general clean-up to create a neat, welcoming entrance. Photos are attached showing the current condition. Scope of Work: * Trim back overgrown shrubs/vines around the entrance doorway. * Cut back branches hanging over and around the entry. * Shape the existing greenery to create a clean and tidy appearance. * Trim back vegetation along the side of the building and footpath. * Remove weeds and any dead or unwanted growth. * Sweep/blow down the entry steps and surrounding pavement. * Remove all green waste from site. * Leave the area neat and presentable. What you’ll need: * Experience with hedge/shrub pruning and garden maintenance. * Your own gardening equipment (hedge trimmer, pruning tools, blower, etc.). * Ability to remove and dispose of all green waste. * Attention to detail and pride in producing a professional finish. • Remove and dispose of all shrubs/plants from the garden beds located outside the front fence (along the footpath and driveway). • Remove weeds throughout the garden beds. • Clean up garden beds and prepare for fresh mulch where the shrubs were removed. • Supply and spread new mulch to all cleared garden beds (please include mulch in quote or specify separately). • Trim and shape the hedge inside the fence so it is level, neat and uniform along the entire frontage. • General tidy-up and green waste removal. Garden bed has become overgrown with heliconias - needs a good tidy up - dead stalks and leaves removed and garden bed thinned out. All rubbish needs to be removed and area tidied up on completion. Also need a pile of cardboard and some plastic removed. Photo shows current extent of cardboard but we’ll be adding more today and tmw. Pile will likely end up 1.5 times as big.
