Preference is for someone with an interest in gardening to plant and attend to both outdoor and indoor plants and lawns. We can supply our own lawnmower, but ideally if you could supply a wipersnipper (ours is not ideal). Appreciate that the garden will need more than one session. Looking for someone who is available on ongoing bases. Ideally, if you’re able to remove the green waste, that would be ideal, but can also take care of it if not possible.

Clean up Front yard roughly 5m x 5m (mostly paving and deck, remove all leaves /weeds and prune three smaller trees and bushes. Remove small plastic pond 1m x 1m, fill and plant new plants. At the side of the house, there is a couple of planting boxes that need new shrubs/ plants, etc. remove any leaves/weeds and general clean up. The back yard is mainly paved and decking but some planting boxes and standalone pots etc around the sides which need replanting and there is ivy on one fence that needs tidying up. We are preparing the house for sale so want immediate plants and flowers that are mature and look great for the new owners. pictures to follow.

I live on the 4th floor of an apartment building. I currently have a garden on the balcony with internal measurements of 7400 long x 1600 wide x 400 deep. There are some tiles, white rocks, plants and soil to remove in preparation to install decking. It will need to be removed by hand into bags and then wheel barrow through the apartment and down the lift and out the back to a trailer. You will need to provide all your own equipment and arrange removal.
