We are selling our apartment and need the pot plants and small extent of soil and lawn, concrete pavers need to be taken away and disposed from a level 3 balcony. The balcony then needs to be cleaned with a high pressure gurney. Waste must be removed off site using lifts and directly into your car. Parking is available.
