Looking for a quote for a regular clean please. Depending on prices, I am considering a fortnightly or monthly clean. It is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in Morningside, however, one bedroom and bathroom would only be included on occasion, and happy to pay extra when this occurs. This is a maintenance clean required on most visits (first clean will be a deeper clean I imagine, but nothing too extreme- we try to keep on top of things as much as possible but need some extra help due to busy lives), with some additional tasks every second visit (depending on regularity of clean- if one clean per month, this would be all tasks completed each visit). Tasks I am looking for regularly are: Dusting and wiping down of all surfaces in living areas (lounge room and dining, which includes office desk), laundry, kitchen and one bedroom (6, small surfaces in bedroom) on all visits. Dust removal from around washing machine and in laundry once per month. Vacuuming in all other areas of the house will already be completed prior to cleaners' arrival. Bed remade in one room (sheets put on, they will already be washed) - depending on regularity of clean, this may be every second visit. Dishes washed in sink (if any) on all visits. Shower clean and bathroom mop in one small bathroom (once per month). No other bathroom cleaning required. Mopping of living areas, laundry and kitchen once per month.
