Hi, I'm looking for an affordable landscaper to tidy up and improve the outdoor areas of my property in Kuraby. It's an older highset house on a sloping block (around 10–11 metres wide). The property will be rented out, so I'm after a low-maintenance and cost-effective solution rather than anything fancy. Scope of work: * Prepare and install turf outside the front fence, between the fence line and the kerb. * Front yard: looking for the most affordable option using a mix of turf, decomposed granite, gravel, pebbles, pavers, etc. Happy to hear your ideas. * Set up a couple of simple garden beds. * Remove a couple of small trees. * Minor pruning of branches coming over the fence from a neighbour's tree. * Both side yards and the strip behind the house: install weed mat/barrier with gravel and/or pavers for low maintenance. * Remove old mesh gates (not needed as there's already a Colorbond gate). * Backyard: remove one palm tree and a few small trees, then prepare the area for future planting of flowers or herbs. * Prune back some large overgrown branches from a big tree in the backyard. Please provide pricing for: 1. Supply and install 2. Labour/install only I'm looking to get this done ASAP and will go ahead quickly if the quote is reasonable. Thanks.

We have 3 gardening beds at our property that need weeding and cleaning up. 1 of them is quite overgrown with weeds - and the other 2 need attention but are not as bad. We have a skip bin here at the moment and the green waste will need to be put in there. Last time we had this done, it took 3 hours - and given it's a bit more overgrown than then, I'll say it could possibly take another hour. Happy to pay $40 per hour for a total of 4 hours work. Should it be finished sooner than that though, I'll still pay the 4 hours in full.
