After a new construction of house & granny flat, need front & rear yards and one sideway prepared for laying turf - Clearing, Leveling, etc. It is an irregular shaped block - Rear yard is about 11m x 10m. Front yard is about 10m x 5.5m. Area indicated by yellow shading on plan. Also need garden beds prepared (Orange shading on plan). Rear garden bed about 7m x 1m with an edging on one side & end in 2 layers of pavers. Pavers provided - I have clean used pavers already on site. Front garden bed about 6m x <1m edged with pavers.

The property is 640m square. It was cleared 12 months ago and grass and weeds have grown. We are building and need to have it mowed down to ground level and sprayed with a grass and weed killer. Pegs need to be preserved. A lemon Scented gum needs an approved branch removed from about 2m high.

Have some murraya edges that need drastically cutting back. And the cuttings taking away - not in my green bin. Pictures I and 2, the hedge needs to come down to the height of the gate, the 2 at the rear need coming down by half.
