I need someone to disassemble a single IKEA bed, assemble an IKEA study desk and disassemble and remove an egg chair from an upstairs balcony. IMPORTANT TO NOTE that I need the egg chair gone. You are free to sell/keep/dispose of it as you wish. I need someone who will be extremely careful not to damage walls etc while assembling/disassembling and removing items, including up and down stairs.

The construction is held together with screws that should be easy to remove but the top bunk will be heavy to lift off.
