Reassembly must result in the same smooth operation (no cable slack, misalignment, or squeaks), and the weight stacks + pulleys need to be routed correctly so it’s safe and usable immediately. This is a two-person job due to weight and geometry. For people who know how to do these, it’s a single-session job and realistically 4–6 hours if done efficiently and following the manual.
