We have a small room attached to our warehouse that is being converted into an office space. The floor needs to be refinished (preferably without sanding) so we can start moving in. There's also some gaps around the edges and between a few of the floorboards that will need to be filled. The room doesn't have much ventilation, so nothing that will leave strong fumes.
