Recently had 3 bedroom floors sanded and polished. However, some of the floorboards are damaged by borer so would like them replaced and polished. Was going to do it myself but don’t have time. Task involves: 1) Cut and remove about 30 linear metres of floorboards. 2) Cut and fit replacement boards. I have already purchased second hand Baltic pine boards for this. 3) Sand and polish replacement boards to match other boards. I assume this can be done without sanding and polishing the entire floor again. I don’t have the polish, but was done in a water based German brand with a satin finish.
Very friendly and gave great advice.
