Remove carpet and install hardwood flooring in a 2.6x3.3 bedroom

Need an experienced flooring contractor to remove and dispose of approx. 21.2m² of damaged hardwood flooring and chipboard subfloor, level the concrete slab, then supply and install new hardwood flooring. Job also includes sanding, 3 coats of clear finish, matching existing floor, waste removal and final clean.

I'm looking for an experienced deck restorer to sand back and re-finish the hardwood decking at my home in Coburg.Photos attached. There are three areas: 1. Front verandah: L-shaped deck wrapping around the front of the house. The boards and the timber fascia/edge boards have patchy, peeling old stain. 2. Backyard spa deck: raised deck around a spa, with pergola posts. The spa stays in place, so the work will need to go around it. 3. Main rear deck: large deck plus a smaller raised landing. The old coating is heavily worn and patchy, especially in sun-exposed areas. Part of it is under a covered alfresco area. I’ll clear the pot plants and furniture before starting.

Sanding and staining of hardwood floors in living, kitchen and entry areas (see floor plan attached). Square meter is roughly 30. Dining area is tiles, so won’t be included in this job - see photos.

My hard wood floors need a proper deep clean and scrub/polish. Floor stains super easily just even from water so there’s a lot of stain marks and unwell cat so a lot of pee marks. Examples of marks in pics, but a lot of them. May need a sand and sealing I’m not sure how it works.

Hey team, Need a professional flooring company to aid me in ripping up carpet in a newly purchased house and polish the hardwood floorboards beneath. There is also some sort of vinyl in the back half of the house which I’d like to do the same for. Beyond the kitchen I plan to tile and make this a laundry / bathroom so nothing needs to be done there. I know it would be hard to quote without seeing the property in person, settlement date is on the 13th of December so post that can walk people through. Just looking for some indicative offers / quotes at the moment based on pictures. I’ve had a nice cheap quote for floating floors at $2000-$2500, but would much prefer to bring the old home to life. We've just removed the carpet from my room, revealing hardwood floorboards underneath. The tack has already been removed, but we need them polished and restored. The room is about 5.0M by 3.5M, and I'd appreciate someone with experience in restoring floorboards. I have attached images of the unpolished floorboards (with the carpet insulation left on top in the middle), as well as an image of the polished floorboards in the rest of the house for context).
