I started to lay floating floorboards, but got sick over easter. 2 x small 3x3 bedrooms, already empty 1 with u delay already down Have everything needed, jist need someone to do them while i am in Melbourne for work this week. Someone will be home to let in .

Looking to have floors of unoccupied house (Lounge, Dining, Hallway & 3 Bedrooms) sanded back to bare wood. Some rooms more worn than others. Willing and able to do the varnishing ourselves unless it's financially tempting to have someone do the whole job themselves :) Budget $1000 for just sanding and let me know what additional cost would be for varnishing also - Thanks! :) - Due date: Flexible
