Job is for sanding and dusting of timber floor. We have been doing most works on home ourselves but running out of time so need some help. Total area for sanding and dusting is approx 20m squared. Just one section (approx 12 m squared, refer photos) needs removal of underlay and underlay glue (black sticky) from. We have already done the other side. Property is terrace house. Original floorboards overall in good condition. A few need repairs and we are doing those ourselves. Easy access with front door right next to road. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 8 March 2023

Hi I have approximately 50m2 of old hard timber floor currently covered with ugly carpet. I would like to have a timber floor exposed. Not sure about the price therefore my price is only for posting the task.

I’m looking to get someone to sand the floorboards of two small rooms and part of a hallway. The boards are good but they’re a little stained and marked. Just need to be sanded back to clean them up, then *maybe* polished. The rooms are on the first floor. Room 1 (green on floor plan) = 15.4m2 Room 2 (blue on floor plan) = 14.35m2 Part of hallway (red on floor plan) = 8m2 approx. Could you quote me for both polished and unpolished? At this stage I’m not sure if I also want to have the boards polished as I’m only leasing and will be putting down a couple of rugs.
