I need the floor sanding back to remove the paint from the timber floorboards, belt or floor sander required. There are a few underlay staples in place that will need to be removed first. I have attached a picture, it’s just the old flooring that needs the paint removing - 7m2

I'm looking for someone to sand and polish 80ish sqm house. Floors don't look that bad but they have some wearing and tear in some spots

I have an old house (1960s) located in Bankstown, and need to polish and sand the floorboards. There are 3 bedrooms and a small hallway connecting them. Total is about 75metres square. I’ve removed the carpets and pulled out the staples and nails. There are very minimal cracks in the original floorboards. There are some paint spots on the floorboards from when the original owners painted the walls. I don’t expect them to be completely removed. Just a dark stain on top to help hide them. Thanks
