I need to add a small section of polished concrete floor to match existing. We are removing the fireplace and plinth in the photos attached. There is a section of floor underneath the plinth that is missing. The floor is a concrete screed over joists, on the first floor of a warehouse in Richmond. The section required is approx 3300mm x 1100mm x 40mm and is edged with steel strips. The surface is polished and looks like it has a varnished finish. The old fireplace is being removed on Monday 29 September. The work could be commenced on Mon 29 afternoon or Tue 30.

I need the concrete floor of our apartment flattened out so engineered timber floors can I’m installed. There are high spots that need to be taken down with a grinder and the floor needs a quick pass to clean up. There may need to be some levelling compound to go down in the back part of the apartment but depending on price I’m happy to do myself. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with stair access , they are pretty wide. Dust extraction is a must. I could be interested in having the flooring installed also depending on price and experience. The total area is roughly 65m2, 2 bedrooms, a hallway and L shaped dining room.
