Hi, Looking for a quote from a carpet pro to fix two small issues in a bedroom landing area (photos attached). - The carpet has pulled loose near the stairs and needs to be restretched and re-secured. - There are also a couple of surface stains that need treating. The carpet isn't torn or ripped, so just to be clear, this is a repair job, not a full replacement. A written quote explaining the work involved would be ideal for me to accept. Need someone to remove a black rubber underlay before floors can be sanded. Total floor area is 100m2, however we’ve managed to do around half of it ourselves. The underlay is a black rubber adhesive that appears to have glued itself to the boards. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 28 February 2023
