My carpet has a small burnt spot needs to be fixed

There are a few patches where I’ve kept my indoor plants where moisture has seeped into the carpet and changed color to brown. Would like to get these stains removed. There are 4-6 such patches.

I need someone who can verify if the carpet of my 1brd unit apartment has mould. The landlord says the carpet is only discoloured but that's not the case. The realtor is coming on Thursday 15th of June and I need to show her evidence of mould.
