Needing part of some existing carpet removed/cut to allow for installation of a wardrobe (to the floor), and then to restretch/re-tack carpet back to outside of wardrobe. This is happening in two rooms. One of the rooms also has a section of floor without carpet, but we have excess carpet (no underlay) from when previously laid (several years ago), which hoping to get laid down/secured to floor/join existing carpet. (Get won’t necessarily be pretty, but not getting new carpet for whole room for another year or two – so just need it to be secure/not fray too much). Room 1 - Remove section of carpet, and resecure existing after wardrobe installed. Approx 600mm x 2400mm Room 2 - Remove section of carpet, and resecure existing. Approx 600mm x 1800mm Install new area of carpet (client supplied). Approx 600mm x 3000m (Combined work areas approx 4.32m2) Not sure on exact date yet, but likely within the next few weeks.

Concrete floor, room is approximately 3x5.5m. I've have the underlay and carpets, just need the good finish.

Old vent has subsided under carpet. Repair flooring - small area and restretch carpet all over lounge room

There are a couple of components to the task. First is to fix/put in new cornices around the top of the wardrobe, connecting to existing cornices. This will probably require a plasterer. The second is putting in stripes of carpet around the bottom of the wardrobe. I have spare carpet.

I need brand new carpet/ underlay pulled up and removed and I also need the nail strips pulled up and removed and everything taken from the apartment. The carpet is medium grey and you could surely re-use or re-sell it since it's brand new. I am installing hard flooring and that's the reason I don't need this carpet.
