Find a weight loss training professional in WA

I was a size 10 before, but over the last few years, due to work stress, irregular lifestyle, no exercise etc, I've gained so much weight and became a size 16, it already threatens my health. I would like to find someone who can encourage me and perhaps help me with weight loss and more importantly build a healthy lifestyle for the future. I need a kick start, but also to find activities that make me interested. Naturally, I'm not a sports person and I would say I'm quite lazy when it comes to exercise. I want someone who is friendly helpful but at the same time can push me.

Looking for : Professional Personal Trainer + Proven Credentials + Willing to travel to Nedlands 6009 in WA to train Wife & I are hoping to lose a few kilos via diet and exercise program. We are at beginner's level of exercise, otherwise healthy. We will be training in a private gym. We will arrange your access so you can train with us.
