Hi guys, Looking to get down to 10 percent body fat. Improve my fitness, gain some muscle and get really toned. Looking for someone work with along the way. To push my limits and help me get further than I ever have before.

Looking for a pilates instructor for some corporate classes in Adelaides CBD. There is already a studio and beds ready to be used on site.

Looking for private Pilates class. An instructor that can visit our home and use our reformer etc. 80-100 per hour but open to offers.

Looking for personal training. Will need recs on gym to join and schedule. Either early morning or after 730pm. Obviously more than $10 required but wanted to get this listed.
