I need some guidance regarding my gym routine and meals. I've been working out at the gym consistently for 6 days a week since January 2025. I've gained muscle but my belly fat just doesn't seem to go away. I also think that my muscle growth has been slow despite working out consistently. I'm obviously doing something wrong and I would like to have a discussion with a fitness expert who can assist me in having a body transformation so I can be lean, lose belly fat, and continue muscle growth. I want to discuss my weekly routine that includes my job, meals, and workout so I can be told what changes I should make to achieve my fitness goals. I think it all comes down to calorie deficit which I'm totally clueless about (along with other terms related to diet). I will have one week off from my morning workplace next week so I'm available to meet one-on-one (preferably in Adelaide CBD) at that time with whoever is willing to guide me. Price is negotiable.
