Looking for a personal trainer to train in our backyard. I had a baby 10 weeks ago and it’s time to lose some weight! Would prefer someone who doesn’t mind holding a baby or popping a dummy in if the baby starts crying while I’m in the middle of a rep. Time: 10am or 11am Day: Would prefer someone is flexible on days/dates (most likely Monday would be my preferred day most weeks) No nutritional plan or exercise plan required, just the in-person session and motivation. Would like someone who is covid-safe and uses our hand-sanitizer as they walk in :-)
