I need someone who has had genuine years of experience and can be flexible and adaptable when it comes to navigating around injury. I’m 33. Have severe hip osteoarthritis and am waiting on a hip replacement in 2022. I’ve played competitive sport my whole life, have a solid understanding of exercise and rehab so I can tell you exactly what I can and can’t do. Before moving to adelaide I had a trainer with 20+ years experience who was super chill and didn’t talk about protein shakes or shout “keep going” - if this sounds like you, we’ll probably click. Happy to train in a gym, studio or outside. I do have a rehab program but I’d love someone to get a little bit inventive and help me feel 33 again! Maybe once a week to begin with. Open to offers. Hi, I’m looking for a female personal trainer who is mobile and can train me in my home/local park etc. don’t want to go to a gym at this stage. Recently had a gastric sleeve surgery and am loosing weight slowly but want to tone up and continue the weight loss without loosing muscle. Was 98kg and am currently 83kg. Ideally would love to be around the 70kg mark so that I can be healthy and safely have another surgery like tummy tuck which I dare say I will be needing if I was to get close to the 70kg mark. Looking at approx 3 sessions a week (hour long ) or longer. Trainer must have appropriate creditation and certificates. Hope to hear from some peeps. Thanks :)
