Need a fitness buddy / trainer for my partner to help her exercise at home. We got dumbbells, resistance bands and cross trainer. We got the diet plan and all the exercise which she needs to do on daily basis. Just need someone to assist and guide on the exercise as she lacks motivation and discipline.
