Been training boxing for about three years and lately I've been spending more time on the other side of the mitts: coaching mates, family, and training partners on technique, pad work, and conditioning. Now I'm opening that up more broadly. Doesn't matter if you've never thrown a punch or if you've been training for a while and want to clean things up, I'm happy to work with both. Sessions are relaxed but focused, and I'll tailor everything to what you're actually trying to get out of it.
